AERIAL: STRENGTH, STRETCH, SHAPE

Build stamina, strength, stability and flexibility by working with silks. This class utilizes aerial fabric (aka silks or tissue) to learn various aerial skills and in turn, improve yoga and pilates postures. Begin with conditioning, basic climbing and progress into various positions, inversions and choreographed sequences. Work hard, have fun and learn to fly. Sign up in advance!
