Trey’s bodywork at O2 Aspen includes a mix of neuromuscular therapy, Thai, deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point work, sports, and relaxation. When not at O2, you may spy Trey running throughout the valley, as he leads town’s local running group, Aspen Trailheads!
