O2 Cardio Sculpt (Heated)

O2 Cardio Sculpt is specifically designed to get your heart rate up while toning your whole body. This hour sweatfest intelligently combines a mixture of standing exercises (lunges and squats) that will resemble standing on the Pilates reformer and yoga poses, a big emphasis on core strengthening mat exercises utilizing various planks, Pilates floor core exercises, and fine-tuning leg series. You will use body weight, gliders, and free weights throughout the class for the perfect mixture of toning large and small class muscles. This class is not your grandma’s stretch class. Expect to move continually, challenge your body & mind, transform all your weak and trouble spots and walk away feeling very accomplished.
ROOM IS HEATED TO 85° – 95° WITH ADDED HUMIDITY.

O2 Express Sculpt (Heated)

The abridged version of our O2 Cardio Sculpt, Express is a quick, 45-minute sweatfest designed to tone your body. The class intelligently combines a mixture of standing exercises (lunges and squats) that will resemble standing on the Pilates reformer and yoga poses, a big emphasis on core strengthening mat exercises utilizing various planks, Pilates floor core exercises, and fine-tuning leg series. You will use body weight, gliders, and free weights throughout the class for the perfect mixture of toning large and small class muscles. Expect to move continually, challenge your body & mind, transform all your weak and trouble spots and walk away feeling very accomplished.
ROOM IS HEATED TO 85° – 95° with added humidity.

O2 HIIT

A 45-minute fitness class with a mix of high-intensity interval training, strength training, body weight and functional movements for those who are looking to enhance performance, burn fat, add muscle, and improve aerobic endurance. O2 Aspen’s fitness trainers will lead you through bursts of all-out cardio, strength training, and mobility work with small periods of rest intermixed. The class is limited to 15ppl, and this smaller capacity class leaves room for the instructors to provide personal adjustments and tips for the one on one experience.
HEAT AND HUMIDITY ARE OFF, AND THE STUDIO STAYS AROUND 75 – 80 DEGRESS.

O2 HIIT & FOAM ROLLING

A 60-minute fitness class with a mix of high-intensity interval training, strength training, body weight and functional movements for those who are looking to enhance performance, burn fat, add muscle, and improve aerobic endurance. O2 Aspen’s fitness trainers will lead you through bursts of all-out cardio, strength training, and mobility work with small periods of rest intermixed. The class is limited to 15ppl, and this smaller capacity class leaves room for the instructors to provide personal adjustments and tips for the one on one experience. During the final 15 minutes, you’ll discover how to ease muscles with foam rollers for the ultimate preparation and recovery to prevent and treat injuries.
HEAT AND HUMIDITY ARE OFF, AND THE STUDIO STAYS AROUND 75 – 80 DEGRESS.
