Alexa began her yoga journey in 2011 and quickly discovered yoga as a guide to better herself and the life she lived. As an instructor, her goal is to help bring self-awareness to her students and cultivate an immersion of yoga on theirs mats and into their everyday lives. How we present ourselves in class is a replication of how we show up each day. Alexa’s purpose is to bring her students’ attention to their bodies, tuning in and understanding its needs. She opens up space for self-discovery, manifestation of intentions and a connection between our breath and body. Together, we find a balance of strong, heated sequences and peaceful, deep releases physically and mentally.
