Ali began practicing yoga in high school after a case of mono put her out of her Varsity Gymnastics season. What began as a way to gently rebuild strength quickly turned into a much larger passion. For Ali, yoga is all about connecting the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Combining her training with Sage Rountree, the foremost leader in yoga for athletes, with her studies in psychology and dance/gymnastics background, Ali offers a curated class that includes both a physical workout and the time to mindfully reconnect with your higher self. By releasing tension, creating space, and discovering new ways of being on the mat, her students walk back out into the world feeling renewed, realigned, and reconnected.
