David began practicing yoga shortly after he moved to Colorado in 2010. He quickly developed a connection with the practice, finding a way to explore strength, balance and flexibility. He completed his Colorado School of Yoga 200 hour teacher training with Julia Clarke and Gina Caputo in 2014. His practice and teaching are grounded in exploring and learning more about the physical, mental and emotional experience that is yoga. Every day discovering new ways to connect within the union of mind, body and breath. In class you can expect to find a deep breath connection, travel through thoughtful and creative sequences, and to flip your perspective as you go upside down and play with arm balances and inversions.
