Yoga is my therapy, my medicine, my daily anecdote. I believe that when practiced correctly, yoga has the ability to heal physically, mentally and emotionally, leading to conscious and holistic life choices. As a teacher, I focus on muscle and bone alignment as well as cultivating awareness of breath and quality of mind. By teaching the connection of all three, I encourage my students to gain greater insight into the depth of who they are and create a healthier, more connected and joyous life.
