Nicole started her yoga practice in 2013 in hot yoga trying to find an escape from reality. But, when she left her first class, it had already become more than that. She knew right then she wanted to teach. Over the years her practice has grown and evolved eventually leading her to Yin and breath centric practices. Nicole’s goals in teaching are to provide a safe environment and to use the breath to cultivate transformation in her students' lives. She strives to help others to become aware of their body and mind through conscious movement. For Nicole, yoga means a way of living, not just in the studio but outside of it as well. To live a life more patient, more fulfilled, and more mindful. Classes are a balance of dynamic movement and extended holds specifically designed to create transformation.
