Nicole started her yoga practice in 2013 in hot yoga. Over the years her practice has grown and evolved eventually leading her to Ashtanga and Hatha. Nicole’s goals in teaching are to provide a safe place for students to practice, and to share the effects yoga can have on your life. The calming of the mind and self-awareness learned in class can be manifested everyday outside of the studio. She strives to help others to become aware of their body by gaining flexibility, mobility, and fluidity through Asanas. For Nicole yoga means a way of living. Not just on the mat but off the mat as well. To be more patient, to live fulfilled, and to be mindful in class and out. Classes are a balance of movement and stretch designed to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
