Yoga therapy is a holistic and personalized approach to yoga
that incorporates body, mind, breath, and spirit. All sessions are 75min.
- Private Yoga Therapy: $225
- 1x week (4 – Sessions): $800
- 2x week (8 – Sessions): $1,400
- 3x week (12 – Sessions): $1,800
Yoga therapy, although seemingly a new buzzword, pre-dates modern-day approaches to yoga and group classes.
Working with IAYT-Certified Yoga Therapist, Evan Soroka, you will receive the masterful support and guidance necessary to transform deeply.
Yoga Therapy is steeped in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda (the science of health), meditation and modern-day science.
It’s ideal for the individual who wishes to use yoga as a tool towards self-enlightenment and healing.
This can include (but is not limited to) physical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and illness, anxiety, and depression,
insomnia, stress, clarity and the development of a personal practice.
A minimum of five sessions is recommended.
