Caroline has been practicing pilates since a bad ski injury in high school 9 years ago and has been obsessed since her very first class! She trained through Balanced Body and is Lagree certified.

Jenna started practicing Pilates as a cross-training method while training as a gymnast. Using similar muscle groups as gymnastics, she could not get enough of the low impact, strengthening, and lengthening work out. Jenna believes Pilates is for everyone at any age to keep you strong and improve your quality of life.

Kristen began her career with health and fitness while in college (1994) and discovered her passion for group fitness and personal training. She competed in several fitness/bikini competitions in her early 20s. While Kristen learned a lot of training techniques and how to diet to look good, she also learned what she do not want in her life...deprivation, low-self esteem, overtraining injuries, and health issues. She looked good on the outside, but was most definitely not healthy. Her shifted gears and she began practicing yoga (2001) and eating a plant-based diet. Kristen began teaching Power Vinyasa yoga soon after, then became a certified holistic health coach. It was just what she needed physically and spiritually to be what she now knows as healthy inside and out. Her life's work is to share this passion for health and wellness with her students and clients.

BEFORE TEACHING:Kristen was 18 years old when she taught her first group fitness class, she's now 45, and can't remember a time when teaching wasn't part of her life! In high school, she wasn't athletic but leaned towards theatre, dance, music, and ran track for exercise.
AFAA, ACE certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. BAPTISTE power yoga training level 1&2. IIN certified health coach. Multiple indoor cycling certs (Keiser, Reebok, Real Ryder) Les Mills BODY PUMP certified.
As a teacher I hope to create a space for others to share the way my practice has made me feel: supported, nurtured, challenged, empowered, confident and strong.

A native of North Carolina, growing up in the mountains near Boone NC Trey found himself settling in Aspen in 2014. On a dare back in 2005, Trey fell in love with running on his first 1/2 marathon. Since then he's worked in the running industry through coaching, biomechanics training, store ownership, and retail training. Retiring from the retail world, Trey then started designing and training people of all kinds how to use self-massage products to help with stress, relaxation, injury prevention, and better athletic performance. After moving to Aspen, he has since devoted his energy to helping his athletes and clients through coaching and continued bodywork education. He attended the Aspen Massage Institute in 2014 after arriving in Aspen. Trey's bodywork includes a mix of NMT (neuromuscular therapy), Thai, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point Work, Sports and relaxation to ensure to best possible treatment for his clients. You'll also see Trey running all through the Roaring Fork Valley and heading up the local running group Aspen Trailheads!
