O2 REFORMER
This class provides the opportunity to experience the endless Pilates repertoire on the reformer and chair to achieve a full body workout. Expect to get toned inside and out and leaving the class feeling energized and balanced! Previous experience on Pilates equipment required. Level 2
BOOK NOWO2 POWER REFORMER
This intermediate/advance class takes O2 Reformer up a notch with interval conditioning that includes traditional pilates movements, jump board, focus on core strength, and total body awareness that will leave you in a sweat. This workout is an excellent way to enhance your athletic performance with its focus on precision, control, strength & power. Jumpstart your metabolism, optimize your athletic performance and train smarter by adding this class into your repertoire! Previous experience on a pilates reformer is required. If you are a beginner please call the front desk so we can guide you in the best direction. Level 3
BOOK NOWO2 JUMP REFORMER
This high energy, low impact class is designed for all levels to get your body moving! You will use quick, yet smooth transitions to experience an aerobic workout that won’t stress the joints. Sweat and pump up your heart rate with this fun full body class. Previous experience on Pilates equipment required.
BOOK NOWO2 TOWER
Fun and athletic workout that combines props with the benefits of the Pilates Tower. Through a system of springs and bars, the equipment supports the body to ensure proper positioning, while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning, and lengthening muscles. Previous experience on Pilates equipment required. Level 2
BOOK NOWO2 COMMUNITY CLASS
This level 1 class will teach you the fundamentals of the reformer and prepare you for all levels of pilates fun! You will explore foundational exercises as you become more familiar with the equipment and movements in your body. Previous experience on a pilates reformer is required. If you are a beginner please call the front desk so we can guide you in the best direction. Drop in only, passes may not be used. Level 1
