This invigorating power Vinyasa flow adds an extra dose of heat, humidity, and core work. Expect to move, strengthen and sweat, while recharging your mind and elevating your consciousness. Classes are physically demanding but can be scaled to suit your level. Energizing and fun music synchronizes with the cardiovascular rhythm of your heart. BOOK NOWO2 YOGA SCULPT
A yoga-inspired full-body workout. This powerful vinyasa flow adds an extra element of strengthening with the use of 1-3 pound Bala weights, bands, and/or sliders. Yoga Sculpt is a fun, high-energy class matched with a great soundtrack to help you boost your metabolism, build lean muscle, and increase body awareness. Plan to leave sweaty and inspired. The room is heated to 90 degrees. All levels are welcome.

O2 Sculpt is specifically designed to get your heart rate up while toning your whole body. This sweatfest intelligently combines a mixture of standing exercises (lunges and squats) that will resemble standing on the Pilates reformer and yoga poses, a big emphasis on core strengthening mat exercises utilizing various planks, Pilates floor core exercises, and fine-tuning leg series. You will use body weight, gliders, and free weights throughout the class for the perfect mixture of toning large and small class muscles. This class is not your grandma’s stretch class. Expect to move continually, challenge your body & mind, transform all your weak and trouble spots and walk away feeling very accomplished. THE STUDIO IS HEATED TO 85° – 95° + HUMIDITY. This fun and energizing practice blends dynamic exercises that tone, elongate, and sculpt. You'll notice a fusion of Pilates, yoga, and breathing techniques as well as light cardio. The low-impact, heated class will help detoxify your body, build your heart rate, improve your core strength, enhance your posture, and build muscular endurance. This class welcomes all levels, is mat-based, and the room will be heated with added humidity to flush out toxins.

Relax and renew in this gentle yoga practice designed to melt away stress and tension while increasing flexibility and self-awareness. Classes focus on breath-centric movement, longer holds, and the therapeutics of yoga. The combo of stretching and breathing is a powerful way to shift the nervous system towards parasympathetic activation, one’s ability to rest, repose and receive nourishment from life. The meditation increases memory and our capacity to cope with stress. Learn to deepen awareness, calm the nervous system, and quiet your mind. Hot Yin Yoga combines the influences of Hatha Yoga with Chinese Daoist to build awareness and promote healing through deeply held postures with a meditative focus. With an emphasis on long-held, passive poses, Yin Yoga helps to release back, hips, shoulders & legs mobilizing & strengthening our joints and ligaments. Traditionally yin is practiced in a cool room, however, we have added a new spin to yin by adding a heated environment. Join Trishka for an ‘all levels’ class where students from beginners to advanced, may participate. Her use of skillful instruction guides the student on an inner journey while the maintenance of a healthy immune system remains at the forefront of each class. Intelligent sequencing and proper alignment keep the sheaths of the mind and body healthy and classes may include standing poses, inversions and forward/backward extensions, twists, as well as deeply restorative and soothing postures, pranayama, meditation, and yoga nidra. In these ‘all levels Iyengar yoga‘ classes the philosophy of yoga as well as its positive effect on our daily lives is incorporated into each class. These classes will leave you with a new sense of well being, existing fully and vibrantly in each moment, while experiencing meditation in action.
